Freshly minted Japanese micro-bakery DAICHI puts a vibrant spin on organic sourdough bagels, available in small-batch drops for $20 per set of four. Self-taught baker Mary Nozawa mills her own flour and crafts naturally hued bagels in striking flavors like matcha, black sesame, and ube, along with house-made spreads such as soy-kinako (roasted soybean powder), orange-yuzu, and apricot-vanilla. There’s also mini melonpan rolls and shokupan (Japanese milk bread). Pre-orders open two to three times a week, with pickup in Queens or Uber delivery available by request. –Kat Odell
