The list of exhibitors at Frieze — the big fish in a flurry of art fairs opening this week across the city — includes some of the most well-known galleries around the world. While some of them will be showing historical works, most will feature primary market art by contemporary artists. Located at The Shed, Frieze NY isn’t the easiest or most elegant art fair to navigate, but it will have the most blue chip art of them all. Prices range from the low thousands for works from smaller galleries to multi-millions for marquee names.
