The Skinny: Inside a room on the 10th floor of Hotel 32 32, Wagyu Room is an intimate four-seat wagyu omakase from the teams behind Sushi by Bou and Palm Beach Meats. The 10-course, 90-minute tasting is built entirely on Japanese and Australian wagyu. Diners interact directly with the chef, often over (quite a few) sake shots.
