The Skinny: Opened on Lexington and 70th in late March, Dear Margo is the latest project from Dean Pashalis, the restaurateur behind Anassa Taverna, who named it after his grandmother. The kitchen is led by Chef Efi Naon, a Levant-born veteran of Motek, Taboon, and Barbounia, who’s cooking the kind of Eastern Mediterranean food he grew up eating.
