→ HUDSON: After its sudden closure this winter, Restaurant Manor Rock Restaurant (intel) returns mid-June with a vision that’s eerily similar, yet somehow different? The dishes will still be technically elevated, using their own farm’s excellent produce and pork, but the menu will be pared-down, à la a wine bar. They’ll be focusing on pouring wines not found elsewhere in the Hudson Valley. I’m envisioning long summer afternoons in the backyard sipping on chilled varietals. Opening mid-June, reserve.
