It’s Tuesday morning. What’s the scene at your workplace?
My mornings usually start with virtual calls with Europe, as we’re preparing to expand our business there next year. I often take these calls from home, especially when the work isn’t based in the U.S.

What’s on the agenda for today?
Today began with a meeting with London at 10a, followed by a business trip meeting with the director and an operations meeting with the Atoboy teams. I also visited one of the NARO restaurants to greet guests during lunch service. In the afternoon, I met with a partner company and later went to Atomix to oversee service. Today, I visited three restaurants and spent meaningful time with our team!

Any restaurant plans today, tonight, this weekend?
I’m hoping to visit Bistrot Ha, the new restaurant from the team behind Ha’s Snack Bar on the Lower East Side. I’m really excited to see their new space and how it comes together. For weekend brunch, I’m planning to go to Sailor in Fort Greene. I absolutely love their French toast, and there’s something especially comforting about the cozy daytime atmosphere and drinks at Sailor on the weekend.

JP and I also can’t talk about our favorite foods without mentioning Korean cuisine, especially naengmyeon (cold noodles). One of our favorite dinners is Moono’s mul-naengmyeon and galbi-jjim. It’s a combination we truly love and come back to often.

How about a little leisure or culture this week?
With all the snow this winter, instead of outdoor activities, I think this is a good time to give both the body and mind a bit of rest and relaxation. I’d love to spend a quiet weekend in Upstate New York, enjoy a spa, and take some time away from the city to reconnect with nature. In particular, Inness in the Catskills is a place I’ve been wanting to visit for quite some time.

What’s a recent big-ticket purchase you love?
I really love loungewear, and I recently purchased silk loungewear from Comme Si. It’s incredibly soft, and it feels wonderful both when I’m sleeping and waking up.

What store or service do you love to recommend?
For clothing, I love Bode. While restaurants call for a more polished look, I enjoy expressing my personal style freely with Bode’s unique, colorful pieces on my days off. I also recommend visiting Lysée in Flatiron for a delicious dessert break, especially their mille-feuille, which is a personal favorite.
